LOCATION

The Trials will be held on the Oklahoma River in Oklahoma City, OK. The Chesapeake Boathouse is located in Regatta Park on the Oklahoma River, just south of downtown Oklahoma City and the Bricktown entertainment district, at 725 S. Lincoln Boulevard.

ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS

Athletes participating in the Team Trials must have the following documents (signed, including parent/guardian signature for minors) on file with USACK: Have Read 2008 Team Selection Criteria document, USACK Code of Conduct, USACK Waiver.

These documents will be sent to all entrants. The signature pages of the signed forms (only the pages with signatures; you do not have to submit the entire document) should be submitted with race registration (electronically scanned copy, by fax, or mailed) using the address information listed under Entry Submission. Athletes under 18 years of age will need parent/guardian signature on all forms.

All athletes participating in the Team Trials must have submitted the Russian Visa Application form and photocopy of their Passport photo page to Mac Hickox, by June 22. These were sent to all club coaches early in June.

ENTRY FEE

The fee is $40.00 per person for e-mailed entries paid through Pay Pal and $60.00 per person for faxed or mailed entries.
